So decide if you are going to do that through social media invitations, a face to face meeting, at the end of a class, through a video or a opportunity presentation with your upline.

Attracting Verses Finding

I'm sure you have seen all the FB ads and sales videos about attraction marketing. Stop dm'ing people and bugging family and friends. Attraction marketing is great, but guess what... it takes time. It takes time for you to create a following big enough for you to have people just reaching out wanting to enroll. That's why you have to commit to a Daily Habits that help you grow, while you work on attracting people. 

Do an Instagram Live with 1-2 of your team members

Going live is one of the best ways to grow your audience, but it's kinda scary. But what if it was you and a couple friends talking about a specific health challenge? Talking about why you decided to start a side business and what you looked for? 
It's much easier and more fun to do it with friends. What would happen if you went live 4 days a week with different team members for a month? Make a list of your audiences top challenges and problems and talk about them. 
Check out your instagram feed and notice that IG lives are the first thing that shows. That's free prime real estate for your audience to know you are on. The key is to make the subjects of your lives about things that matter to them. 

Comment Sections of Facebook & Instagram Ads

When you see an ad on your instagram or facebook newsfeed it's because Facebook knows you are interested in what they are offering. They are showing that same ad to thousands of other people who match your same likes and interests. 
So next time you see an ad that matches your interests and the interests of the people you want to work with. Drop a comment and add/follow a couple of those people.

"Hey Amber, I saw that you commented on the beat elite post about adding it to your smoothie and loving it. I'm always trying to find good smoothie recipes. I was curious what kind of smoothie do you make with this? 
Pro Tip: If you wanted to you could take a screen shot of her comment and include it in your message to help her remember.

Using the Facebook Search Tool To Find Friends 

Simply go to the search bar and search for "People". Then click on the "Filter" icon which is located in the top right corner. 
You can then filter people by city, education and work. 

"But what do I say?"

"Hey Jonna, I was doing some research about _________ (city, education, work) and noticed that you are a yoga teacher. I'm always trying to learn about how to improve my yoga practice. What have you found most helpful?  
Pro Tip: You will notice that facebook will recommend people that have a mutual friends with. Make sure that you review people's profile first before you FAM so that you can speak to your mutual interests. 

Using the Facebook Search To Find Groups

Simply go to the search bar and search for "Groups". 
1. Select Suggestions or choose 
2. Keep scrolling down and it will show all the categories. 
Join groups that align with your interests and those of your ideal business partner or customer.  Then start FAM a few people. 

"But what do I say?"

"Hey Andrew, saw that you love hiking as well and just joined the ____________ group. I'm hopefully going to be travelling some this summer, what are some of your favorite hikes? 
Pro Tip: NEVER go into the group and start openly promoting doTERRA. You will get kicked out. Be cool. Add value. Even if they ask people to post their link. Just build relationships and move the conversations to messenger. The magic is in messenger. 

Facebook Pages & Top Fans 

Simply go to the search bar and search 5-6 pages that you know your ideal customer has or business builder has. 
 
1. Click on the comments 
2. Start engaging and leave a comment
3. FAM a couple people that you think would be cool to get to know.  
Pro Tip: Look for people who have a 💎logo with the words Top Fan. These are people that are passionate about the page and comment a lot. FAM them and start a conversation.

"Hey Kristen, saw that you are a TOP Fan of the Mom's United page. I just discovered it and wondered if you might give me your opinion about what you like the most about it? 

 Feeling Overwhelmed

Just pick one of these strategies that you really like and stick with that. If you only have 60 minutes to build your business everyday then you could break up your time like this:  
20 min Finding/Adding, 15 Min Commenting/Connecting and 20 min Inviting

Using Hash Tags to Search 

Hash Tags are simply a way that people use social media to search for topics and interests. Open instagram or facebook and search. Here is the key. Think about what words your ideal customer or prospect are looking for.  
 
Let me give you some ideas: (Please come up with your own that match who you want to work with) 

ie. Your target market is Mom's who have a garden: #homegarden #Gardening #diygardening #gardenlife #gardenmom

ie. Your target us entrepreneurs: #alwayslearning #selfimprovments #mindset

"But what do I say?"

With instagram your goal is to become their TOP FAN. What this means is that you comment on their stories and their posts. Show up on their radar. Compliment them and be genuine. If they have a podcast listen to it and let them know you liked it. Then make your invitation.
